Data deletion instructions
Requests to delete Erika-related operational data should be initiated by the organization that owns the connected phone number or environment.
The request must include enough information to identify the deployment, such as workspace, phone number, environment name and the period involved. Once validated, Dimetrika will review the relevant records and execute the deletion workflow according to contractual and legal obligations.
When Meta or WhatsApp-specific artifacts are involved, deletion may depend on the data that remains stored in third-party systems outside Erika.
