Privacy notice for Erika

Erika is a Dimetrika product designed to receive questions through conversational channels, including WhatsApp and future avatar interfaces, and return business-facing answers.

We collect only the operational data required to authenticate requests, process messages, trace integrations with Meta and improve service reliability. This may include identifiers, message metadata, timestamps, webhook payload fragments and diagnostic logs.

Dimetrika uses this information to operate the service, secure the platform, troubleshoot incidents, support coexistence scenarios for WhatsApp Business App and Cloud API, and prepare future analytics features.

Personal data is handled under least-privilege access controls. Production retention and third-party processors will be documented as the service moves from onboarding to live customer use.
