By using Erika, organizations acknowledge that some features may depend on third-party platforms such as Meta and WhatsApp, and that availability can vary according to those platforms, permissions and configured credentials.

Customers remain responsible for the legality of the data they submit, their WhatsApp number ownership, and the permissions granted to the Meta application used during embedded signup or coexistence setup.

Dimetrika may update the product, its analytics services and its channel integrations as the platform evolves, provided that critical changes are communicated through the agreed support process.
